News: Government provides help for the London fashion industry 08/10/01

From today, London clothing manufacturers and retailers in the fashion industry trade can obtain specialist advice on VAT, benefits, taxes and employment. The new advice line has been created by The Joint Fashion Industry Team (JoFIT), a dedicated team manned by individuals from HM Customs & Excise, Inland Revenue and Department of Work and Pensions.
