Soho's Digress is at the centre of the local cocktail bar scene, combining food and drink with great music and a laid back atmosphere it keeps in step with modern bar trends with the laid back but sophisticated feel that makes it so popular with both young visitors to the city and professional after work drinkers from the Soho media scene.
The great value food menu makes Digress a hugely popular choice with lunchers, both business and shopping, with meals from three quid and up there are brilliant dishes to choose from including childhood favourites such as fishfinger sandwiches, burgers and hotdogs, great finger food such as rib racks and chicken fajitas and curries, fish and chips and bangers and mash. The evening is sorted with delicious and cheap bar food in the shape of chips, spring rolls, baguettes and sharing platters to accompany your choice of creamy cocktails, fruity wines or lovely beers.
The drinks menu includes a tempting array of long drinks, including old favourites such as the Mai Tai and the Long Island Iced Tea and new twists such as the Soho Sling, these are joined by champagne cocktails, specials such as Cosmopolitans and Martinis and Caipirinhas. In addition there's a great range of wines and beers to choose from.
With an extensive and good value food and drink menu, a cosy, fashionable and fun interior, friendly and helpful staff and the all important location, location, location, Digress is a bar likely to be on the Soho radar for some time to come.

Set over two floors with alcoves aplenty, Digress is a pleasant venue with quite a bit to offer. Cocktail happy hour (5pm - 7pm) allows you to sample their finest at half price, and the backing of commercial dance is encouraging to dance to, even if the dancefloor is a tad on the small side. You wouldn't want to stay here all night, but as a late night bar or a stop off point for a drink or two, Digress does the job quite nicely.
